Final post

The main highlight of this year was my growth in fitness. I started the year off with being exhausted after every running activity we did, my beep test scores were as low as 8 and I knew I could do better.  
I soon was able to break all personal records like when I got a record 10.4 on the beep test. But how did I improve so much. The first thing I did was try my hardest in class, I set goal and achieved them in class like trying to finish the last lap of the 30 min run by sprinting. I also started to do daily runs which we're hard and leg aching at first when I first started doing my daily runs, soon my legs became more built and I was able to do my daily runs in a record 45 min. The runs were probably the main factor to my improvement in pe. But it only isn't my fitness that has improved during the year but also my participation in class. I have to admire in the beginning of the year I didn't bring my or strip or even participate as much as know. I am more into playing good and having fun now unlike before we're pe was about chilln. My leadership skills have also
Improved because I started to monovate the grade 8 to do better and to try harder. For example Jaskarn wanted to drop out of the beep test at around 8 but I pushed him to try harder and he did try harder. So I think the best thing that has happened this year is the growth in leader ship, participating in class activities, and my growth in fitness.

Daily run

I will always try to squeeze my daily run into my sceduale. I do the run to make sure I stay active. Thier are 4 main roads I run on one is 76 ave or street I dont know about that, and the rest I forgot the names but here are some pics from my route

I feel these runs have helped my improve my fitness level because in class I have noticed I have been getting higher and higher in the normal fitness activities we do.

Pond run

When we did the modified pond run I knew I was going to do good
 bcause I have improved over the course of the year. I tried hard to finish the laps as fast as I can so our team could collect the most tickets. I sprinted the whole lap and was becoming exhasted. I choose this as evidence becuase it shows I work to my fullest in p.e. class

grouse grind

This last weekend on sunday june 2 I did the grouse grind. I knew that this time I would beat my record of 1h and 30min and I did by 15min so I got 1h and 15min as my new personal best! This shows that I have improved in my cardio strength.
I hope to beat this next year or during the summer.

Beep Test

I finally beat my personal beep test record this past week which was 10.4 and usally around 9. I did better this time because I have improved in cardio fitness. For example I do daily runs to get enough active movement a day. I also think I did better becsuse I wnted to try harder becuase it was the last beep test, I told myself before starting that I can go beyond my comfort zone. By doing this it helped my overcome the being tired part and going towadrs the maxium strength. This picture shows that I tried hard on the beep test.
