This is my mid term self evaluation. I think I did good so far in school fitness and outside of school fitness. My cooperation is fair at the begging of the year I used to barley try but now I have started trying. Next semester I will try harder to cooperate well. My effort is good in class for example in fitness I push my self to new levels. Outside of school I have been doing cardio to get fit. I have also started eating healthy unlike last year I have set goals to eat healthy. I think I deserve a B because of my effort in activitys and my healthy life style.

Thanks Billy. I like that you are honest with yourself about how you approach our class. I see so much potential in you and you have had some really great efforts. It will always be a struggle to battle the social pressures that come from friends who perhaps aren't as motivated as you. Sometimes you can be a positive influence on them, and sometimes you need to find your own space away from them. Keep tabs on your own energy levels and if you feel it draining look for someone who is giving it their best and workout/play with them. :) I look forward to continued improvements in second semester.
